1 medium kohlrabi
Olive oil
Sea salt

Preheat oven to 375. Next, cut off tops of kohlrabi (can be saved to be used in a stir fry or soup). Next, cut off outer hard layer of kohlrabi. Cut into fry sized slivers. Place on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges begin to turn golden brown. Enjoy!

  1. I love to eat kohlrabi raw! I'm just imagining how they'd taste like this. I've tried making fries with turnips before, and didn't like them. They didn't get crisp and had that peppery taste that I don't care for when they are cooked. I've never eaten cooked kohlrabi, so next time I find one of these tasty veggies, I think I will try this.
